This book explores the poem’s sixteen leadership attributes, which I call “The ‘If-’ Sixteen.”  Each chapter tells the story of a significant historical event and how a leader demonstrated a specific attribute. The chapters provide practical lessons from each historic leadership moment, including Washington’s composure throughout the American Revolution, Mandela’s selflessness in transforming South Africa, and Churchill’s supreme confidence in his most trying times.

This 30,000 word non-fiction inspirational leadership books is a collaboration with my daughter.  It is based on the If You Will Lead framework, and uses the stories of some of today’s most successful women.  These leaders include politicians, business leaders, artist, entertainers, and athletes.  This new project will form the basis of focused leadership training targeting adolescent girls.
